At Lancer Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your results, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full, and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center, keeping a record of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days, excluding shipping fees.
